During a three-bedroom stay, the upstairs rooms remain locked and unoccupied; the home is never shared with another booking.

Cremorne and Richmond have a two-night minimum. Minimum stays for all homes can vary by date; the booking calendar shows the applicable requirement. Parking arrangements differ by home. Richmond Retreat and Cremorne’s three-bedroom option use permit street parking. Tullamarine and North Melbourne list on-site parking. Confirm the arrangement for your chosen home before arrival.
